Gnanasekaran is a Graduate in Civil Engineering. He has more than 11 years experience in marketing and overall business development and has experience in reputed companies.

He provides executive guidance to all activities and operations of Saraswathy. He has a successful track record of starting new and innovative operations.

Mr. Gunasekaran Ramasamy - Whole time Director
Gunasekaran is a Post Graduate in Master of Business Administration and Bachelor in Computer Science brings with him 3 years of experience in sales management, financial management, strategic marketing, and general management in the IT and other Sectors.

He is in-charge of business development and administrative matters of Saraswathy.

Mr. PS. Lakshmi Narasmhan – Chief Operating Officer
Lakshmi Narasmhan brings with him around 35 years of experience in management and rich experience in various industry.

Lakshmi Narasmhan joined Saraswathy from Suzlon Energy Ltd, where he served as Head- administration and Facilities, managed over a period of 6 years. In his capacity, he managed a workforce of over 2000 resources across various verticals that supported the business.

Prior to Suzlon, Lakshmi Narasmhan spent 10 years with SICAL Speciality Chemicals, as Head right from Erection to commissioning. Also he had Taken care of ACT INDIA spare parts division and took policy decisions to make the unit viable.

Prior to SICAL, Lakshmi Narasmhan spent 17 years with Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation (SPIC) Tuticorin, in Urea production in various capacities.

Prior to SPIC, Lakshmi Narasmhan spent 5.5 years with M/S.JK Chemicals, Thana, Maharashtra, as plant in charge. Production of Sodium Hydrosulfite

Lakshmi Narasmhan holds a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Diploma in Business Management and Diploma in Export management.
