The following will be our duties with regard to Shops & Establishment Act.

a) Registration of our Establishment: We do Registration of Offices / Shops under Puducherry Shops & Establishment Act.

b) Maintenance of Registers: We maintain all Registers as prescribed under the act and assist the employers to produce the records at the time of inspection.

c) Information & Advice: Any changes/amendment will be informed to our clients and they will be abreast of the changing laws & regulations as & when changes occur related to Labour acts & rules.
